    Mobile Service - I come to you

    I come out and assess the machine and determine the parts needed and come back and repair the machine. This can be a multi visit scenario due to the complexity of a Pinball Machine.

    FOR GAMES IN OR NEAR ST LOUIS:

    There is a $80 charge for the first one hour Diagnosis and then $80 an hour on any extended time beyond that first hour. Plus the cost of any parts used for repairs if performed on that first visit.

    FOR GAMES OUTSIDE OF THE METRO AREA THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME CHARGE DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION

    Because all machines are unique with multiple manufacturers and some parts are obsolete and very hard to get, there may be the need for multiple service calls.

    CIRCUIT BOARDS

    I send all circuit boards out to be repaired by a third party

    I DO NOT REPAIR THEM MYSELF

    They normally do not repair corroded boards due to battery leaks and these usually just need to be replaced. I do work to preserve and use all the existing equipment but sometimes these are too damaged to repair.

    The way this works is I come and remove the board and take it to the repair facility and they repair it and when it is finished I send you the invoice and you pay them directly. That way you have a record of the repair and the info needed for follow up if there is an issue down the road.

    DISPLAYS

    When there is a display issue it can be a circuit board or the displays themselves. First I check the display boards or we send them in and if ok then we replace the display units.

    ALL THESE REPAIRS TAKE TIME AND USUALLY INVOLVE MULTIPLE VISITS AND HURDLES.

    THESE ARE UNIQUE AND COMPLICATED MACHINES SO IT CAN TAKE TIME TO GET THEM SORTED OUT.

  • Subsequent visits are billed at $80 an hour plus any parts needed.

    The customer orders/pays for all parts in advance of installation.
